Hotel in the centre oof town, close to the train station. Clean room.

Firstly, my name was not on the booking list of hotel. Secondly, nobody was in reception room when I came ( 13o.c) and I have to wait 15 minutes and then I found the lady myself just going trought all floors.(((Nobody shown me my room just gave me a key and even didn't explane how to get there.(((

Flexible hours, reception ok, room clean and warm. Empty fridge at our disposal: much better than a too expensive minibar.

Water in the douche is dependant on the time of the day: in the afternoon too hot (no way of getting it colder). In the morning: OK, but no way of changing the temperature.Air dryer: cold air.

Spacious, modern room with lovely views.

Loud music from the bar made sleeping near impossible, keeping me up most of the night. A missing extract fan in the bathroom combined with stuffy air conditioning made the ambiance less than pleasant. The absence of towel hooks made keeping things tidy a bit tricky, and there were no options to prepare tea in the room.

The kids loved running around the nearby playground, just a short stroll away. Our stay was made fun with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere that fit our large family perfectly while visiting Genk.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be improved.
